Mystical
lines of power stretch from Ancient Glastonbury to Canterbury.
The resonant echoes of the footsteps made by countless thousand
pilgrims, over hundreds of years, who have trod hard roads into
this Kentish town. The travellers come to pay their respects at
a Cathedral, first erected in the year of our Lord 1067. A temple
to Christ, which, with solemnity, has witnessed over and sometimes
participated in the great events that shaped history. Its mighty
towers reach upwards towards the warmth of the sun but its foundations
dig deep into the cold clay.
Canterbury
has been the site of human occupation for at least 2,000 years,
and probably a great deal longer. Throughout its history unknown
to the mortals Kindred have dwelt in the Danse Macabre.
Kent Requiem
is a member of the ongoing Global Chronical hosted by The Camarilla
with both national and local events held all over the country.
White Wolf’s World of
Darkness is a gothic-punk setting that is harsher and
more careworn than our own world. Crime and violence are commonplace,
and
the day-to-day struggle makes people there a bit more callous
and self-serving.
In this world, werewolves, vampires, mages, and other supernatural
creatures are
real, even though they keep their presence hidden from mortal
eyes. These
creatures move through the shadows, advancing their own agendas
while
seeking to understand a world’s where each secret learned
only suggests even
greater mysteries still unknown.
